This qualifcation has a minimum requirement of six guided learning hours with a WSET course provider.*

ASSESSMENT

Assessment is by a closed-book exam of 30 multiple-choice questions.
A note 70% is required pass.

LEVEL 2

AWARD IN WINES

WSET’s Level 2 Award in Wines is a beginner- to intermediate-level qualification exploring wines, suitable for industry professionals and wine enthusiasts. Upon successful completion you will receive a WSET certificate and pin, and will be able to use to the use the associated WSET certified logo.

COURSE DELIVERY

This qualification has a minimum requirement of 84 hours of study time,
including 30 hours of classroom

ASSESSMENT

Unit 1 is assessed by a closed-book exam of 50 multiple-choice questions
and a paper of shirt written answers.
Unit 2 is assessed by a blind tasting of two wines.
A note of 55% on each unit is required to pass.
